Veera Grewal is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#17576) and approved provider for ICBC and the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP). She completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia.

Her areas of work include anxiety, depression, relationships and trauma. She primarily uses Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy when working with children or adolescents.
